DrYnks a return to Chivalry; An online way to pamper or be incentivized to meet new people.  Once a date is agreed upon, the date fee is uploaded and verified, and at the date, funds are released by the paying person.  You can search through profiles and invite or be invited to meet for a DrYnks date or you can opt for an “on demand” date, by setting up the date, time, location, and amount of the date, through a DrYnksNow Date.  Watch this video to get a better understanding. 

  1. What if I did not receive an activation text?

If you did not receive an activation text it’s likely you’re using a “fake” phone number.  Only numbers assigned by major carriers are supported.  Try using your real phone number.  

  1. What if I did not receive an activation email?

If you did not receive an activation email, it’s likely that you entered your email incorrectly or that the email went to your junk/spam.  Check your junk/spam folders and make sure you allow future emails to be received.  

  1. What if I forgot my password?

If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot Password” in the login page, and follow the instructions to receive an email link to reset your password.

  1. How Do I login?

You can Login by your email and password or your screen name and password.

  1. What if My Pictures won’t upload?

If your pictures won’t load, it may be that your pictures are too large.  Try a smaller file.  If you still have problems send us an email at [email protected]

  1. Why do you need my location?

Your location is solely used to calculate distance to your date location. No one can see your location.  Be as specific as possible (use full street and address) to get best distance estimate to your date location.  

  1. How do I add more pictures?

To add more pictures, go to the drop down menu of the icon that has your picture.  Once the menu is pressed, select “manage photo”.  Then go to the “Add Photo” tab, and press “browse files” under “public” or “private” photos, select the desired photo and press “save now”.  You must add pictures one at a time, so if you want to upload 3 pictures, you must go through the process 3 times.

  1. How do I change my profile picture? 

To select a different picture as your profile picture, go to the drop down menu of the icon that has your picture.  Once the menu is pressed, select “Manage Photo”.  Then go to the “View Photos” tab, and hover over the picture you want to select.  A pop up will appear with a “person” icon which will allow you to select that as your profile picture.  Be careful not to press the “trash” icon or your picture will be deleted.   

  1. Can I change my birthdate?

You cannot change your Birthdate. This is done to keep fraud and fake accounts lower.  If you made a mistake on your birthdate, you need to email us with supporting documents at [email protected].  Make sure you give us full details of your profile and proof of your actual birthdate.

  1. Can I change my screen name?

You cannot change your screen name.  This is done to minimize fake accounts or to appear you are someone different than before.  

  1. Can I deactivate my account?

At this time you cannot deactivate your account.  You can only Delete it.  However, this will change soon and you will be able to deactivate your account.

  1. Can I delete my account and how to do it?

Yes, you can delete your account.  Go to the drop down of your profile menu and click on “View Profile” and in the upper left hand side click “Delete Account” and follow the instructions.  But, once you delete you cannot use that phone number or email to start another account.  

  1. If I delete my account can I use the same phone number and email to start another account?

No. Once you delete your account, you cannot use that phone number or email to start another account.  Delete carefully.

    1. What if I can’t see the members I want?

    If you can’t see the members you want, its probably because during sign up you entered the wrong information.  For example you may have put that you want to “get paid” whereas you meant to say you want “to pay” for dates.  Maybe you entered the wrong location, or wrongly put you are a “male” whereas you meant to say you are searching for “male”.  To correct any issues, go to the drop down menu of your profile and click “Edit Profile” and correct any issues that you need.

    1. What if I signed up for the wrong type of account?

    To correct any issues, go to the drop down menu of your profile and click “Edit Profile” and correct any issues that you need.

    1. Can I change my mind on paying or getting paid for dates?

    Yes.  Go to the drop down menu of your profile and click “Edit Profile” and correct any issues that you need.

    1. Can I change the phone number associated with my account?

    Yes.  Go to the drop down menu of your profile and click “Edit Profile” and correct any issues that you need.

    1. Can I change the email associated with my account?

    Yes.  Go to the drop down menu of your profile and click “Edit Profile” and correct any issues that you need.

    1. Can I decide to search for Men, women and TS?

    Yes.  Go to the drop down menu of your profile and click “Edit Profile” and adjust any preferences that you want.

    1. Can people see my location?

    No, no one can see your location.  It’s there to calculate distance to your date location.  Be as specific as possible (use full street number and address) to get the best calculation of miles to your date location. 

      • ck conversation(s) with accepted people, so that the parties may chat.  In chat, converse with your date and agree on a date, time, and location for your date.  
      • Finalize Date: Once decided, the Person who initiated the date (only the person who initiated the date can do this) “finalizes” the date by entering the agreed upon date, time, and location for the date.  The other person then reviews the information, and accepts it, if it is correct.  Once “Finalized” the date moves from the “Accepted Offers” tab to the “Pre-Funded Dates” tab.
      • Upload Funds: Paying Person uploads funds (Date will move from “Pre-Funded Dates” tab to the “Funded Dates” tab).
      • Date, Pay, and Rate:  Go on the date by pressing, at the appropriate times, “I’m On My Way”, I’m Here”, and finally by pressing the “Start Date” button.  For funds to Transfer the person paying MUST press the Start Date button, or funds will not transfer.  Rate your date (Date moves to Previous Dates tab).
    1. What is a DrYnksNow date and what is the process?

    DrYnksNow dates are centered around you and a specific day and time (“On Demand”). Use this date when you need to have a date “on demand” at a specific set day and time, and choose the best match for people who are available at that time. The process is:

      • Set date, Invite and Accept: Search available DrYnksNow Dates or set your own in the DrYnksNow tab, by picking date, time, location, and amount offered for the date. Invite people you are interested in (they will see the invite in their received offers). If you are not invited, you can show interest in the date by pressing the “interested” button in the available DrYnksNow dates tab.  Accepted DrYnksNow dates move to the “Accepted” offers tab so they can be unlocked. 
      • Unlock Conversation:  Paying person pays to unlock conversation(s) with accepted people, so that the parties may chat.  Once unlocked, the date moves from the “Accepted Offers” tab to the “Pre-funded Dates” tab.  Note: DrYnksNow dates do not need to be “finalized” since date, time, and location is already chosen.
      • Upload Funds: Paying Person uploads funds (date will move from “Pre-Funded Dates” tab to the “Funded Dates” tab.  For safety reasons (so others do not show up to the date location), exact date location is not revealed until the date is funded.  Obviously, you can ask for this information in chat before the date is funded.
      • Date, Pay, and Rate:  Go on the date by pressing at the appropriate times, “I’m On My Way”, I’m Here”, and finally by pressing the “Start Date” button.  For funds to Transfer the person paying MUST press the Start Date button, or funds will not transfer.  Rate your date (Date moves to Previous Dates tab).
    1. Can I set multiple DrynksNow dates?

    Yes, you can set multiple DrYnksNow Dates.  Do as many as you wish.

    1. Can I accept multiple DrYnksNow dates?

    Yes, you can accept multiple DrYnksNow dates for the same date, but you can only fund one.  Once one date is funded, the other candidates for that date get cancelled. 

    1. What is promised for the date, and what is not?

    Nothing except having a drink, is promised.  Nothing sexual at all can be expected or promised.  You will be banned, so don’t even try!  

    1. Can we meet at a non-public place?

    No.  For safety reasons, you can only meet at a public place.  

    1. Why do we have to meet at a public place?

    For safety reasons and to make sure nothing sexual is promised or expected.

    1. What is an Open Offer?

    An Open Offer is one where the other person suggests the price.  In essence you are asking the other person to name the price for you.

    1. What is a Counter Offer?

    A Counter Offer means the other party is interested, but wants to negotiate a lower or higher price.

    1. Why can’t I see my exact date location?

    Exact date location can only be seen after a date is finalized (for DrYnks dates) and only after a date is funded/verified (for DrYnksNow dates).

    1. What If I want to reschedule?

    Dates cannot be rescheduled. They can only be cancelled.

    1. Why can’t I find my date?

    Both DrYnks and DrYnksNow dates have various steps to complete, and as each step progresses, the date moves from one tab to a different tab.  For example, a date may start in the “Sent Offers” tab, then move to the “Accepted Offers” tab, then to “Pre-Funded” and finally to the “Funded” tabs.  If you do not see your date where you left it, it probably moved to the next tab as your date responded, or it got cancelled.  Look at your “notifications” to see what has happened to the date.

    1. Why can’t I find my accepted dates?

    Your “accepted” date may have gotten cancelled by the other party or it may have been finalized and moved to the Pre-Funded section of the Dates tab.  Look at your “notifications” to show you want has happened to it.

    1. Why can’t I send messages?

    If you can’t send a message it’s probably because that conversation is locked and needs to be unlocked first or you have been blocked.

    1. What if I want to change the location of the date?

    Date locations cannot be changed.  You can only cancel a date and start a new one.

  1. What fees does DrYnks charge to unlock conversations?

For unlocking conversations, DrYnks charges the paying person (not the person getting paid) the greater of $4 DrYnks Coins, or 4% of the date fee. (For example, a $150 date offer, will require $6 DrYnks Coins to unlock).

  1. What fees does DrYnks charge to handle the date transfer of funds?

To facilitate the date and the transfer of payments, DrYnks charges both parties 8% of the agreed upon date fee. A $100 Date will have an $8 DrYnks Coin fee to the paying party, and an $8 fee to the person receiving payment.  So, if you are paying for the date, a $100 date will cost you $108 DrYnks Coins, and if you are receiving funds, you will net $92 for that date.

  1. How do the ratings work?

You review your date and your date reviews you, after a date.  You rate each other on veracity of each other’s profile, on punctuality, friendliness, easy going and being fun. Your overall date rating appears on your profile.

  1. Why are ratings important?

Your credibility and personality shows through your ratings.

  1. Do I have to use the DrYnks date processing to get rated?

Yes, the only way you can be rated is if you conduct your dates through the DrYnks system.

  1. How do I improve my ratings?

Go on more dates, and make sure your fun, lovely personality shines through so you get good ratings.  Be on time, communicate well, and be kind and “present” at your date. All the dates average out, so as you get better reviews, your ratings will improve.

  1. What if someone gives me a bad rating just to spite me?

There is nothing you can do, so don’t get mad.  Just go on more good dates than bad, and the ratings will catch up to you.

    1. How do I get paid?

    You get paid for the date once the Paying Party presses his or her “Start Date” button.  If they do not press the Start Date button, you DO NOT GET PAID, so make sure they press it!!!!  For funds to Transfer the person paying MUST press the Start Date button, or funds will not transfer.  To withdraw funds from your DrYnks bank account, go to your Banks tab, press “withdraw” and follow the instructions. Payment will be transferred withing 2-3 business days.

    1. How long until I get paid? 

    Once you press the withdraw button, and follow its instructions, you get paid within 2-3 business days.

    1. What if I decide not to use the DrYnks payment handling process to save money?

    If you choose not to use the DrYnks payment processing system, you risk not knowing if the funds are actually verified.  Further, you will not be rated for your date, nor will you have the ability to rate your date.

    1. What if I’m at the date, and my date doesn’t want to pay me?

    If your date doesn’t pay you, there is not much you can do except to give your date a bad review.  While the payment is “verified” your date still has control of when that money is released.  Avoid major confrontations as it may affect your safety.  Perhaps try dating people who have good reviews, to minimize the risk of not getting paid.

    1. After a first date, do i have to pay for a second date?

    This will be up to you and your date. The system allows additional dates for payments

    1. What is shown on my credit card statements?

    Your credit card statement will show PayPal DrYnks.

    1. Can I get a refund for my unused DrYnks coins?

    No, you cannot get refunded on unused DrYnks Coins.  They are non-refundable.

    1. Can I transfer my DrYnks coins to anyone else?

    Not really.  The only way you can transfer your DrYnks Coins to anyone else is by going on a date with them, through the DrYnks system, at which time the equivalent dollar amount for the Coins will be transferred to them.  

    1. Why was my account suspended?

    Your account can get suspended for: 

    • A violation of our Terms and Conditions (see list below).
    • Actions that trigger our security system.

    Terms and Conditions violations can include:
    Suspected fraudulent use of the site and/or a payment method

    • Reports by other members about your profile or conduct
    • Abusive, vulgar or sexually explicit language
    • Asking for money up front or in advance of your date
    • Using the Website as an escort, or using the Service to solicit clients for an escort service
    • Using the Website or Service to promote, solicit, or engage in prostitution
    • Recruiting members for commercial purposes
    • Soliciting passwords, bank information or other personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users
    • Posting any incomplete, false, misleading, or inaccurate content about yourself and/or your profile
    • Posting any content that is not entirely your own or for which you do not have full rights to use
    • Having multiple active accounts
    • Creating a profile if you are under the age of 18
    • Posting or sending material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18
  1. 1What is DrYnks referral program?

    You can make money by inviting friends to join DrYnks.  You make money when the person you invite goes on a date using the DrYnks payment processing system (not if they go outside of our system).  Use your link (find it in the “Refer/Earn Money” section of the drop down menu of your picture icon.  Send your link to your friends who want to sign up.  By using your link, our system knows that the person you referred came through you.  If they do not use your link, there is nothing we can do to get you paid.  

    2. How much money can I make inviting my friends?

    Currently each referred friend earns you $25 upon that friend going on their first date. This $25 referral fee is promotional only and can end at any time. In addition, you can earn $250 from every person you refer (Level 1), and $250 from every person they refer (Level 2), and $250 from every person they refer (Level 3).  You will earn 1.5%, 0.75%, and 0.25% from your Level 1, 2, and 3 referrals, respectively.  Watch this video to get a better understanding.  While this referral program may be discontinued at any time, at this time we anticipate it continuing for a long time.

    3. How long does the referral program last?

    The Referral program last until we decide to end it.  You will, however, continue to get paid as promised on the referrals before the program ended.

    4. Is there a maximum amount I can make from referral program?                                                                      

    There is no maximum amount you can make.  Theoretically, you can make a million dollars if you refer enough people who go on dates, but in real life, that probably will not happen.  Be realistic about this!  From each referral you can make up to $250.  

    1. How do I block another member?

    Blocking members restricts them from viewing your profile and from sending you messages.  You block them by going on their profile and, at the bottom pressing the “block” button.  You can unblock them by re-clicking that button.

    1. How do I report another member?

    Reporting members allows you to inform us of any issues with that member.  You report them by going on their profile, and at the bottom pressing the “report” button.

You can delete your profile by logging in to your account, Selecting the Drops Down Menu by pressing on Your Username or Photo, Select Edit Profile, press Delete Profile. 

DrYnks allows it’s members to not display their photos to everyone. If you wish to have your profile to be in private or incognito mode, simply login, select the drop down settings menu and turn the Private Profile Toggle to ON.
